The Design Philosophy
Design Home 2008, currently under construction by The Green Company at Five Lanterns at The Pinehills in Plymouth, MA, and slated to open this September, will exhibit emphasis on outdoor living spaces, as well as incorporating elements of the outdoors within (think indoor stone walls). The home's interior design will have a unique perspective as well, and Design Coordinator, Lisa Weekes, gives us a sneak peek into her design philosophy...

 The Palette: A neutral base of chocolate and cream with touches of melon, pumpkin, and coral. Browns can range from sand to mushroom and chocolate with hints of color from light coral and melon to terracotta.

 The Style: Traditional with a twist. Clean lines with lots of texture in fabric and finishes. Hints of color and elements of the unexpected add to the fresh style.

 The Lifestyle: This plan is perfect for a family or empty nesters who love to entertain and look forward to friends and family visiting throughout the seasons.
